Le bâtiment Envergure, développé par Losinger Marazzi SA en partenariat avec la Commune de Payerne et swiss aeropole SA, est mis à l’enquête publique.
Situé à l’entrée d’Aéropôle 2, l’imposant bâtiment nommé Envergure va donner une identité exclusive au parc technologique swiss aeropole. Les futurs locataires pourront bénéficier de surfaces allant jusqu’à 6 mètres de plafond au rez-de-chaussée, puis 3,5 mètres dans les deux niveaux supérieurs. Au total, Envergure s’implantera sur 10’000 m2 de terrain et proposera plus de 8’000 m2 de surface de plancher.

The Envergure building, developed by Losinger Marazzi SA in partnership with the City of Payerne and swiss aeropole SA, is submitted to public inquiry.
Located at the entrance to Aeropole 2, the imposing building named Envergure will give an exclusive identity to the swiss aeropole Business and Technology Park. Future tenants will be able to benefit from areas with ceilings of up to 6 meters on the ground floor and 3.5 meters on the two upper levels. In total, Envergure will be located on a 10,000 m2 plot and will offer more than 8,000 m2 of floor space.
